Our Growth - Europe team is responsible for innovating and creating new features that enable our product-led growth strategy, improve retention and maximize revenue. As a Senior Growth Engineer, you will be responsible for localizing, improving, and shipping features that enable peer-to-peer sharing and promotions into the app.

You’ll work with a highly skilled team of technical, data, and product-focused individuals, whose mission is to consistently find and deliver the best travel deals for our customers. You are a full-stack engineer with a good mix of backend and front-end appetite. Everything we do is focused on customer experience, data measurement, and delivering value at speed. You’ll be responsible for making that a reality.- Responsibilities
- Build innovative user experiences, setting code and performance standards.
- Evolve and maintain our architecture, including monitoring and alerting systems.
- Build features that deliver incremental value for our customers
- Be proactive in setup MVP to ship fast and expand later
- Deliver your first code in days, iterating over the product in an agile way.

- 3+ years of professional experience building and maintaining systems leveraging complex modeling and data at scale.
- Thrived in full-stack development. Java (or Scala) and React are a must.
- The ability to bring leading industry techniques and technologies to the table.
- Excelled in cross-functional teams, working fluidly with Product Managers, Marketers, Mobile Engineers, and other highly skilled specialists.
