**Job Title**: Graphic Design, Creative Visual & Content Intern

**Location**: Monaco

**Duration**: 4-6 months

**Start date**: As soon as possible

**About Us**: The International University of Monaco (IUM) is a prestigious academic institution known for its excellence in education and research in the fields of finance, luxury, yachting, sustainability, sports business and international management based in the Principality of Monaco.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in developing engaging multimedia content for various platforms including social media, websites, and newsletters.
- **Graphic Design**: Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- **Video Production**: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for promotional and informational purposes using PlayPlay or Capcut.
- **Social Media Management**: Collaborate on planning and executing social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- **TikTok**: Help with the development of the TikTok account of the school.
- **Collaborative Projects**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- **Applications that include a portfolio of creative work will be highly appreciated.**:

- **Language Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French and Italian are a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with video editing software including PlayPlay and Capcut.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices, especially on TikTok.
- **Creative Abilities**: Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and detail.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Positive mood and flexibility are some of your assets
- **Adaptability**: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting.
