Job Title: TikTok Growth Assistant Intern

Location: Monaco

Duration: 4-6 months

About Us: The International University of Monaco (IUM) is an academic institution known for its excellence in education and research in the fields of finance, luxury, yachting, sports business and international management based in the Principality of Monaco.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly dynamic and creative individual to manage and scale the official TikTok account for the International University of Monaco.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a six-month TikTok strategy focused on student life, campus culture, academic highlights, and life in Monaco.
  • Conceptualize, film, and edit 3-5 high-quality videos per week.
  • Monitor metrics, analyze engagement, and report on growth performance.
  • Turn complex university news into viral, short-form content.
  • Manage a team of students to create impactful TikTok.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Candidates currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Communication, or a related field will be given priority in the selection process.
  • Applications that include a portfolio of creative work will be highly appreciated.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French and Italian are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of TikTok trends, sounds, effects, and best practices.
  • Master in Capcut.
  • Creative Abilities: Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Autonomous & Proactive: Able to generate ideas, execute, and analyze performance without constant supervision.
  • Professional: Capable of maintaining the institution's brand image while being highly engaging.
  • Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Positive mood and flexibility are some of your assets
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting.
