**Join Us at the Forefront of Quantum Computing Innovation**
As part of the Public Affairs team and reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will help strengthen Quandela's institutional visibility and support its strategic positioning with public and private stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conducting **regulatory and legislative monitoring** on quantum, digital and industrial
- Performing **in-depth research** to identify key economic and policy trends in the quantum ecosystem;
- Preparing **detailed reports and presentations** summarizing developments, challenges, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders
- Drafting **position papers & talking points** aimed at public and private decision-makers (investors, senior civil servants, C-level partners);
- Supporting the preparation of **institutional meetings and public events** (briefing notes, meeting reports, background materials);
- Updating and enriching the **stakeholder mapping**:
- Contributing to the organization of high-level events, meetings, conferences and advocacy campaigns
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Public Affairs, Political Science, Communication, or a related field. **This position is only valid with an Internship Agreement**
- Availability for a 6-month internship starting in September 2025, gap year, or end-of-study internship.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent writing skills in both French and English.
- Interest in public policy and institutional relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
**Nice to Have**:
- Previous experience or internships in public affairs, government relations, or communications.
- Understanding of the technology industry and its regulatory landscape.
