**Description du poste**
Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, un groupe bancaire à Paris, un Accounting assistant IFRS.
**Contexte**:
Dans le cadre de sa prestation, l'assitant externe sera tenu de participer à:
Superviser les remontées des reportings de consolidation des filiales du Groupe Personal Finance et d'en assurer le contrôle lors des arrêtés trimestriels afin de sécuriser et fiabiliser les comptes consolidés du sous-groupe BNP Paribas PF.
**Mission**:
La supervision des remontées trimestrielles des sites, et la mise en œuvre des nouveaux reportings, notamment réglementaires.
L’assistance des filiales sur tout sujet comptable, fiscal et de consolidation.
La coordination le cas échéant des entités locales avec le Groupe, les autres départements de la Finance Corporate (Contrôle de gestion, ALMT, Gestion Financière et Finance Operating Office) et de la Comptabilité Corporate (Normes et Projet, Fiscalité, Synthèse) ;
Le suivi des opérations de structures telles que titrisations, fusions/absorptions, dividendes, augmentation de capital, succursalisations,...
**Profil recherché**
De formation comptable de niveau Bac +2 minimum en comptabilité
Au moins 6 années d'expériences sur des fonctions similaires
Bonne connaissance en Comptabilité (schémas comptables, gestion des CRE/CRI, rapprochements compta-gestion, suspens, ODs, normes IAS/IFRS 9...)
