Le client est une organisation mondiale reconnue pour son infrastructure informatique futuriste. Ils sont un ardent défenseur de l?automatisation et du développement en général des systèmes informatiques mondiaux.

En raison d?un remaniement interne et d?une perte de personnel, ils ont ouvert le poste au marché de la sous-traitance/indépendant pour faire appel à DEUX experts techniques.

Glocomms travaille avec cette entreprise ennemie depuis près de 6 ans et la soutient dans de nombreux domaines différents.

**Responsabilités**:
La portée du projet est une migration d?une plateforme existante vers ServiceNow.

Les tâches varieront en fonction de la phase du projet.

Au début, vous devrez comprendre l?exigence. Actuellement, le client rédige les exigences pour chaque fonctionnalité qui sera migrée vers ServiceNow.

Vous devrez lire ces exigences de conception et vous assurer de les comprendre.

Vous traduirez ensuite ces exigences dans la mise en ?uvre.

Vous devrez déterminer dans ServiceNow quel module/composant doit être utilisé pour l?implémentation.

Vous devrez exécuter des démos et réviser

Signalez régulièrement vos progrès à l?équipe.

Vous devez vous assurer que le bon niveau de tests est également effectué.

Solides compétences en matière de script (JavaScript) pour personnaliser les éléments du catalogue.

Expérience de l?intégration de ServiceNow avec des API REST externes.

**Profil**:
Capable de s?intégrer rapidement et efficacement pour aider à respecter les délais du projet.

Expérience en conception, développement et tests.

La capacité de remettre en question certaines des conceptions existantes et de proposer des solutions alternatives serait également utile.

Il s?agit d?une migration vers ServiceNow, donc des connaissances à ce sujet sont importantes, mais une bonne expérience générale en développement est également requise.

Vous devriez être en mesure de contribuer à l?intégration, de résoudre les problèmes qui surviennent et de fournir des conseils à l?équipe concernant ServiceNow.

Les certifications sont agréables à avoir mais ne constituent pas un point bloquant sans elles.
