If so, we’d love to get to know you **What are our expectations?** Within the Retail Expertise department, you are in charge of the "Sales Teams" and manage a team of dedicated Projects Managers. You are responsible for the development of Retail Training programs designed specifically for Sales Associates and CRC Ambassadors (working in our call centers) to guarantee the level of excellence and service in line with the Maison Retail strategy. You gather, consolidate, and identify markets needs in terms of knowledge and skills development among the sales teams in order to enrich the existing training programs and develop new ones according to the objectives of the Maison. You collaborate with all internal teams (Marketing, Client, Retail Performance ) to integrate and address all relevant potential needs. You support the animation of the Training community worldwide in coordination with the Retail Management Programs team.
