**Position**:
Kendo Brands is looking for its future Retail Coordinator Europe, on a permanent contract basis, to support the development of our brands (Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Fragrance, KVD Beauty and Ole Henriksen). Reporting to the Director of Retail & Education Europe, you will work closely with all the Senior Retail Managers in Europe (France, Italy, Spain and Poland) and support them in their daily operational challenges. You will be involved in various projects related to the development of retail, and your missions will revolve around the operational support of a team of 60 people in the European scope:

- Business performance
- Consolidate weekly and monthly analyses of our brands
- Edit weekly and monthly reports for the Retail Europe department
- Monitor the monthly progress of the commercial budget by brand using the tools provided
- Follow the challenges related to product launches of our brands
- Consolidate market data in relation to the store profitability project
- Retail excellence
- Participate in projects to improve retail excellence
- Support the teams in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of process changes
- Participate in the organization of Retail & Education seminars
- Ensure back-office administration of the management tool for our French sales teams (import, export, verification of entries)
- Be a driving force behind the creation of new internal tools to make actions more fluid
- Support & communication
- Ensure logístical coordination for the European sales teams
- Manage all back-office tasks (shipping, order tracking, management of external service providers, invoicing, etc.)
- Establish good operational communication with our service providers
- Ensure smooth communication between field teams and head office
- Consolidate the needs of the Retail teams with the marketing teams (Brand manager, Visual merchandiser, Marketing manager)

**Profile**:
You have a degree, first-hand experience in Retail and a strong passion for cosmetics and the daily challenges of Retail.

You know how to manage projects simultaneously, being able to prioritize thanks to your organizational skills and thoroughness.

You are a strong team player and enjoy managing cross-functional projects and taking on new ideas to bring them to fruition.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your spirit of cooperation.

You have strong analytical skills.

You are familiar with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Powerpoint.

You speak fluent French and English (you will be in daily contact with the French and European teams).
