- Support the Business partners activity contributing to deliver a constant footfall growth via the recruitment of a new qualified customer, thus contributing to secure sales target.
- Explore & develop new potential partnerships with various local & international players based on Business Development Manager insights, own research, and HQ partnerships.
- Enhance existing partnerships by exploring new opportunities to maximize ROI.

**What you will be doing**
- Structure and organize Business partners activities: update calendars and create / adapt partnerships presentations (either linked to a campaign or as a general approach), organize meetings, update internal tools (such as Salesforce), provide the partner with LVV information and make sure it is regularly updated, coordinate the After Action Review (AAR )
- Liaise with other departments to roll out the partner’s activity: CRM, digital, social media, media, in-village visibility, hospitality, Trade Marketing, Retail
- Identify and roll out opportunistic initiatives with existing and potentials partner (both local and international ones based on a marketing calendar
- Manage the corresponding Marketing budget and administrative support: create New Suppliers, provide the necessary internal documents (SRF, ERF, contracts), raise Purchase Orders, check invoices, monitor budget
- Make sure all information about the Business Partners activity calendar is known from the whole business ( LVV teams + HQ Partnerships )
- Partnerships + International Markets scope : Pan-Eu development, Financials partners (locals & crossborders), Travel industry (Airlines, Hotels chains, OTA, Car rentals) and any designated partner allowing to generate qualified customers
- Construction and analysis of commercial dashboards.
- Implementation, and management of marketing operations (Project management): coordinate and implement in-village partners events logistics; liaise with suppliers, legal, operations, Visual Merchandising, Retail, Hospitality, Coms team ; set-up of the venue. (art gallery, tent, VIP lounge).
- Business Planning: support and back up B2B & IM teams on business planning projects, support & manage the realization of business reviews
- Support business developers in organizing, structuring, and analyzing activations (hotel segment)
- Involvement in the membership task force to improve partnership performance in membership results
