As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing existing processes and managing cross-functional improvement projects at the Seclin site. You will support the performance of the enzyme manufacturing site by solving technical issues and ensuring the implementation of corrective solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead process improvement projects in collaboration with R&D
- Manage multidisciplinary site improvement projects (technical, quality, safety)
- Solve production issues and coordinate with operational departments
- Update production recipes and process documentation
- Ensure technological monitoring and inter-site exchanges
- Contribute to the development of medium
- and long-term industrial plans

**You bring**:**
- Engineer or PhD in biotechnology or agro-food (Master’s/BAC+5 minimum)
- Expertise in industrial biotechnology, specializing in fermentation with skills in extraction/purification/drying
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the food or biotechnology industry
- Strong understanding of microbiology and food safety
- Continuous improvement skills (Yellow/Green Belt, Lean 6 Sigma)
- Project management skills, consultative approach, creativity, and fluency in English and Frenc
