Our client, an international legal firm is looking for a technology trainer who will play a crucial role in enhancing the technological proficiency of the organization.

You will deliver comprehensive training programs both face-to-face and remotely, collaborating with local and global teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions across various formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions.
- Analyze and identify training needs to provide targeted and effective learning solutions.
- Develop and update training materials, ensuring clarity, relevance, and engagement.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including space reservation and audiovisual setup.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to maintain a uniform training standard and contribute to broader technological initiatives.

This position offers exciting growth prospects, including potential opportunities to expand your influence to other European offices and multilingual training programs.

This role requires a native French speaker.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or related field.
- Native French proficiency with fluent English. Additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to other offices within the firm as required
- Prior experience in a law firm or consulting firm environment is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in conducting technology training sessions, workshops, or seminars. Experience in planning, designing, and delivering training programs.
- Experience in providing one-on-one tech support or coaching, especially in a corporate or professional setting.
- Proficiency in developing training content, manuals, online learning modules, or other educational materials.
- Ability to tailor content to various skill levels and learning styles.
- A background in providing excellent customer service or user support, as this role requires interacting with a diverse group of employees.
- Proficiency in using online training platforms and tools.
- Experience in conducting on-site training sessions at different locations.
- Ability to adapt content to suit various learning styles and skill levels.
- Excellent customer service skills, essential for a diverse workplace.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and various document management and communication technologies.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, webinar tools, and e-learning platforms.
- Competence in addressing common hardware and software issues.

**Good-to-Have**:

- Advanced degrees or certifications in Master's in Education Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science Certifications in Training and Development or relevant field
- Certifications in Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), or similar credentials.
- Skills in creating well-designed, engaging, and effective training programs and materials.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Experience in e-learning development.
- Strong communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and adaptable in training approaches.
- Organizational skills with a knack for multitasking.
