**Job description**

Are you passionate about international business and cross-functional collaboration? Join our international sales team in Paris and help drive global operations As International Sales Coordinator Assistant, you will support sales managers, streamline internal processes, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

**Your key missions**
- Sales Support: Assist sales managers, manage accounts, and coordinate commercial programs.
- Forecasting & Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze forecasts, and optimize reporting.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with operations, marketing, legal, and finance to ensure alignment.
- Admin & Finance: Handle contracts, commissions, expense reports, and distributor marketing support.
- Meetings & Communication: Organize meetings, travel, and assist with multilingual communications.

**Your profile**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus.
- Solid analytical skills and experience in performance tracking.
- Effective cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in international sales support is a plus.
