**About the role**:
Reporting to the B2C Country Manager (called internally B2C Free Float Regional Manager), you will lead and develop the Paris Free Float team to ensure high fleet availability and excellent quality of service.

**What you will do**:

- Lead and motivate the Paris Free Float team.
- Manage the needs of the team and guide team members to achieve expected results. Support their growth.
- Optimize available resources (fleet and personnel) to achieve the best results in fleet availability.
- Ensure high-quality service to clients.
- Generate and analyze business reports (market analysis, city analysis) for strategic decision-making with the Paris Regional Manager and HQ team (General Managers, Operations team, etc.).
- Participate in strategic meetings with potential partners.

**Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Operations, including leadership/management roles.
- Experience in mobility/renting sector is a significant plus.
- Languages: Native French, high proficiency in English (C1); Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high empathy.
- Ability to inspire and lead the team, maintaining motivation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
