**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**
Within Exclusive Networks Group, the central FP&A team is responsible for timely and accurate reporting of all the affiliates, animating the various cycles (actuals and budget) as well as challenging the business rational in liaison with local Finance community. You will report directly to the Head of Global FP&A and will interact closely, among others, with the Consolidation team, the Business Controlling team and local Financial Directors.
This role will report to Group FP&A Manager
**As the Financial Panning and Analysis analyst, you will**:
- Analyse the monthly reporting provided by several entities on a worldwide scope, ensuring all the data requested to conduct the Group reporting/analysis are provided on-time and are accurate for both P&L and B/S sides
- Provide adequate comments on variances of actuals vs. Last Year and Budget for P&L and B/S items (especially Working Capital indicators)
- Work on specific ad-hoc analysis at Group level
- Participate to the evolution of the new reporting tool implemented (new reports to be created, support to be provided to the local Financial Directors )
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**
**The ideal **Financial Panning and Analysis analyst**:
- 5 years of experience in FP&A/Controlling
- A Master degree in Finance from a top university or business school
- Very good knowledge of the financial indicators, accounting wise
- Excellent English (oral and written)
- At ease with Microsoft suite
- Knowledge of reporting tool like Onestream will be an advantage.
