As a Bleu TS, you are responsible for the success of Bleu Cloud offer (Sovereign Cloud) with Bleu customers in France, by leading technical workshops, proofs of concept, migration designs, architecture, etc. on the Modern Work technologies (Office 365). This opportunity will allow you to develop high skills about Sovereign Cloud technologies, technical sales capabilities and accelerate your career growth by being at the heart of the move to cloud revolution in the biggest French enterprises & government departments.
As a Bleu Technology Specialist’s (Bleu TS) your main goal is to help Bleu teams to win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use Bleu technology. You will work in a team, enabling the customers through digital transformation by leveraging the Modern Workplace technologies of Bleu. Bleu TSs are expected to be able to both own and win the customers technical decisions. As a Bleu TS, you work within a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to help educate your customers at a technical level, demonstrate, and prove our solutions, and win the technical decision allowing the team to achieve/exceed quarterly Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive sales/usage targets in your accounts. Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based infrastructure technologies. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build Strategy for Bleu: You will provide strategic, technical, and partner input based on Bleu capability at the account level, leveraging knowledge of partners, open-source solutions, and competitors in the Bleu enablement. You will take knowledge of customer feedback, specific Microsoft Teams solutions, and their context in a competitive landscape and delivering core competitive knowledge back to engineering teams to enhance Microsoft Teams capabilities and to develop compete strategies.
- Scale Teams Customer Engagements: You will reach out to customers proactively and independently using knowledge of customer context; expertise in Bleu technologies; along with other technical and industry knowledge. Leading technical discussions with customers and establishing rules of engagement (e.g., role boundaries, handoff strategies) for extended teams including Bleu’s partners, leveraging knowledge of processes (e.g., Managed Service Provider [MSP], Managed Certified Professional [MCP]), tools, and programs.
- Education: You will proactively identify learning gaps; monitoring & responding to internal tech community posts, attending community calls, sessions, hackathons, etc. Practicing expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues to expand knowledge of architecture and demonstrating new and updated Microsoft Teams products and services.
- Scale Through Partners: You will act as the liaison between the partner and team and facilitating partner resources and processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
