**We are looking for a **Designer CMF Trail Running **W/M**: In order to strengthen our Color-Material-Finishes Design team, we are looking for a new talent full of energy, creativity and who likes challenge and teamwork **Main activities**: - Collect, consolidate and restore global trends in order to: - Build seasonal themes, their harmonies and the palette - Build color strategies by product and by segment - Colorize the different Trail Running footwear products - Create relevant Footwear-Apparel assortments - Create product / segment assortments linked to the merchandising tactics - Suggest material and finish solutions - Define and integrate the technical constraints related to materials and potential color consolidations. - Create and update "colorways" technical sheets for products and range posters. - Integrate colorways into the system. - Participate in project groups and represent CMF design and its strategies. - Ensure the follow-up of each project, from colorization to development, and ensure the conformity of colors, materials and finishes of samples until final validation. - Follow the CMF design process and calendar and respect the deadlines in order to ensure the completion of each product / project. - Nous recherchons un(e) _**_Designer CMF Trail Running_**_ H/F_**_ :_ - Travail en étroite collaboration avec le département de création et de conception de l'offre pour Salomon._ **_ Activités principales :_** - _ Collecter, consolider et restituer les tendances globales afin de :_ - _ Construire les thèmes saisonniers, leurs harmonies et la palette._ - _ Construire des stratégies couleur par produit et par segment_ - _ Coloriser les différents produits Trail Running Footwear_ - _ Créer des assortiments Footwear-Apparel pertinents_ - _ Créer des assortiments de produits / segments liés aux tactiques de merchandising._ - _ Proposer des solutions de matériaux et de finitions_ - _ Définir et intégrer les contraintes techniques liées aux matériaux et aux consolidations potentielles de couleurs._ - _ Créer et mettre à jour les fiches techniques " colorways " pour les produits et les affiches de gamme._ - _ Intégrer les colorways dans le système._ - _ Participer aux groupes de projet et représenter le design CMF et ses stratégies._ - _ Assurer le suivi de chaque projet, de la colorisation au développement, et veiller à la conformité des couleurs, des matériaux et des finitions des échantillons jusqu'à la validation finale._ - _ Suivre le processus et le calendrier de conception CMF et respecter les délais afin d'assurer la réalisation de chaque produit / projet._ **Qualifications** - **Needed work experience**: - 2 years minimum as a Color-Material-Finishes Designer - Footwear experience mandatory - ** Education**: 3-5-year degree course in Design or Graphic Arts - ** Foreign Languages**: - Proficiency in English - French is a plus - ** IT skills**: - Mastering Office Pack - Mastering Adobe Pack (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) - Knowledge of 3D software (as Adobe Substance) - ** Other skills**: - Knowledge of issues related to color and material - Knowledge of current design trend - ** Transversal skills**: - ** Output orientation**: Develop and manage operational results: set ambitious targets, achieve them and know when to step back in order to improve the results.
