Job Description*
We are looking for a **Junior Footwear Designer - Trail Running W/M** in order to : *
Create new and original products lines based on briefs, with the right level of performance and attractiveness, in accordance with Brand design strategy.
**Main Activities**:
- Draw and lay out design solutions for product lines based on a brief.
- Create and / or update the execution documents for the product lines design solutions
- Update files, tech packs, posters
- Define and address technical and cost constraints
- Collaborate to the development of design guides
- Participate in working groups
- Control the continuity and evolution of design from the development process to production and alert if needed
- Study global trends and specific competitive analysis for the Road Running segment
- Ensure/validate sample compliance
- Develop Designs in collaboration with Development and Marketing
- Brief external and internal resources (printing company, model maker...) and validate the performance of the required tasks

Nous recherchons notre futur(e) _**_Designer Junior Footwear - Trail Running H/F_**_ afin de : _*
- Créer des lignes de produits nouvelles et originales à partir de briefs/notes, avec le bon niveau de performance et d'attractivité, en accord avec la stratégie de conception de la marque._
**_Activités principales : _**
- _Dessiner et mettre en page des solutions de conception pour les lignes de produits sur la base d'un brief._
- _Créer et / ou mettre à jour les documents d'exécution pour les solutions de conception des lignes de produits._
- _Mettre à jour les dossiers, les tech packs, les affiches._
- _Définir et traiter les contraintes techniques et financières._
- _Collaborer à l'élaboration de guides de conception._
- _Participer à des groupes de travail._
- _Contrôler la continuité et l'évolution du design du processus de développement à la production et alerter si nécessaire._
- _Étudier les tendances mondiales et les analyses concurrentielles spécifiques au segment de la course sur route._
- _Assurer/valider la conformité des échantillons._
- _Développer les designs en collaboration avec le Développement et le Marketing._
- _Briefer les ressources externes et internes (imprimerie, maquettiste...) et valider l'exécution des tâches requises._
**Qualifications**:
- **Needed Work Experience**:
- Beginner accepted but a first experience or internship in the footwear industry or sports industry is required
- **Education **:3 -5 years degree in Design
- **Foreign Language(s)**: **fluent in English, French is a plus
