**Au sein de la Direction de l’Asset Management de la BU Leasing, l’**Asset and Performance Engineer (APE)**manage ses séries de locomotives**.**

**Votre objectif est de**protéger** et de**maximiser**la valeur de chaque flotte** tout au long de son cycle de vie.**

**Vos missions consisteront à**:
**Assurer que sa**flotte** reste**sûre, fiable, disponible et pleinement opérationnelle** pour les clients.**

**Optimiser, planifier et contrôler le coût** et le**calendrier des maintenances patrimoniales** et des mises à niveau techniques.**

**Veiller à ce que la performance** (fiabilité, disponibilité, coût d’exploitation et de maintenance)**soit maintenue et améliorée** autant que possible.**

**Identifier**, évaluer et**développer des améliorations ou modifications du produit** qui permettront d’augmenter les revenus ou de réduire les coûts.**

**Assurer la**veille**et agir en fonction des**évolutions technologiques, du marché et de la législation.**

**Quels atouts sont nécessaires pour mener à bien vos missions ?**

**Vous êtes un(e)** Ingénieur**justifiant d’une** expérience significative de 5 à 10 ans dans le management de matériel ferroviaire**(Maintenance ou autres projets techniques).**

**Vous avez des connaissances générales de** la réglementation européenne liée au 4**ème** paquet ferroviaire et ECM.**

**Lors de précédentes expériences, vous aviez en charge** le pilotage technique de fournisseurs.**

**Votre** bon niveau d’anglais**vous permet d’évoluer sereinement dans un contexte international.**

**Vous avez de bonnes** compétences en gestion de projet.**
