As a Business Performance Expert and under the authority of the MUST Manager, you will contribute to the efficiency of the management of the WEAL Market.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
Under the authority of the MUST Manager, your responsibilities are as follows:
- Local management of planning work (strategic planning-operating plan) and their follow-up. This involves the collection and reconciliation of accounting data, their extrapolation, in relation to support services (finance, inventory, pricing), sales representatives (underwriters) and management
- Participation in activity reporting (commercial, pricing and risk selection) by ensuring the fluidity of the process and the production of specific summaries and dashboards
- Production and monitoring of ad hoc studies (market dynamics, competitive positioning, customer satisfaction, strategy, etc.)
- Coordination between the foreign officies
**Required experience & competencies**
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a firm and/or in an insurance of reinsurance company
- English level fluent
- Rigorous, flexible with strong sense of priorities
