**YOUR ROLE**:
Support the CFO and management in transforming the ship management network by enhancing processes, tools, and governance, while ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and digitalization within a fast-growing operational context
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations;
Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis;
Contribute to transverse projects (continuous improvement, simplification,)
Contribute in supporting the CFO, in the transformation /evolution of organization, processes, tools of The Group Ship management network to support the business in a context of accelerated growth of the owned fleet
Contribute to support Management and business in decision making process, oow which, financial modelling (Business Plan, )
Contribute to support the development of the network of manning agencies along with the CFO and Finance manager of CMA Ships Singapore
Contribute to Internal control framework, through implementation of Ship management core model, audit methodology design, internal and audit on site
Contribute to reinforce the control framework over the 3rd party ship managers
Contribute to digitalization initiatives within finance environment
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Master in Finance with technical accounting and finance background (at least 8 years relevant experience, ideally in Audit)
Proficiency in computer and office tools
Comfortable in English both oral and written
Team Management capability
Project management capability
Analytics and synthesis capabilities
Continuous improvement and risk approach mindset
Change management mindset
Good interpersonal skills in an international and intercultural environment
