**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Head of Finance Internal Control, and acting as Deputy, you participate to the internal control deployment and monitoring within the finance network according to orientations defined by the Group to minimize the risks relative to the finance processes and organization.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Assisting the Head of Finance Internal Control, you will**:
- Participate to the deployment of the core internal control environment, including maintaining the library of risks and controls on the finance processes, monitoring of regulatory framework including Sapin II French anticorruption law, design of new controls and onboard new group acquisitions.
- Launch and customize internal control self-assessment campaigns to the CFOs of all subsidiaries of the Group, consolidate reporting and monitor action plans.
- Design the control monitoring strategy, supervise the independent testing of controls. Where needed, review the outcome produced, provide support to the dedicated internal controllers.
- Be the key owner of the internal control software with the support of the administrative team, for library reference, campaign launching and control testing, and contribute to enhancements and releases.
- Provide trainings to the finance community on various internal control matters.
- Participate to initiatives of control automations and projects to reinforce the internal control environment.
**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Audit or Accounting
- Minimum +10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Internal Control, Internal Audit or External Audit
- Strong communication and team building skills, pedagogue and able to lead teams across multiple organizations
- Proactive and autonomous, problem-solving and synthesis skills
