Engaged in a safe, efficient and innovative mobility, we contribute to the sustainable prosperity of the territories that trust us and their inhabitants.We are currently looking for an **International Mobility Manager (M/F)** on a permanent contract.In a context of international development of VINCI Concessions’ activities, the Global Human Resources Department is expanding its Compensation & Benefits division covering both C&B and International Mobility, on an international footprint (24 countries).Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you contribute to the global success of the organization developing the International Mobility offer of VINCI Concessions; You place your strong expertise on Global Mobility issues and challenges at the service of our business partners & employees.**Your main responsibilities**:
- Implement the International Mobility policy of VINCI Concessions,
- Benchmark best practices and be proactive to enhance continuously our policy & processes,
- Manage our expat population,
- Design expat scheme, calculate packages & monitor compensation elements,
- Define cost projections,
- Draft employment contract addendums,
- Implement expat moves, Manage administrative, fiscal & social measures,
- Conduct calls for tenders,
- Monitor International Mobility KPIs,
- Liaise with payroll teams,
- Participate in cross-functional working groups within VINCI Concessions and more broadly within VINCI Group.
**Profil**:
- You have a master’s degree in relevant fields,
- You have at least five to eight years of experience in the fields of International Mobility,
- You are recognized for your rigor, your analytical skills, your diplomacy, your customer orientation and your resistance to stress,
- You have a taste for numbers and enjoy learning and developing new skills,
- You have experience working in complex multinational organizations,
- You know how to guide your stakeholders,
- You are proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel,
- You have a perfect English; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
