**We are looking for an International Mobility Coordinator to join our team**
Our **HR Department** is looking for an International Mobility Coordinator for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.
**You will be working on challenges that matter**
**Main responsibilities**
- Participate to package calculations and updates
- Assist with the international mobility process between home HR and Host HR + service providers prior to departure
- Support administrative processes together with the International Mobility team and the providers (tax and medical coverage essentially)
- Monitor trends and practices on labour law, immigration, social security and tax topics and share with International Mobility correspondents
- Actively participate to policy and process improvements (localization policy, short-term policy)

**Experience and Education**
- Master's degree with a specialisation in HR Management or labour law
- Some knowledge of employment law (French and other countries)
- Comfortable with numbers and Excel + Office tools
- International mindset, good verbal and written communications skills
- Minimum bi-lingual **(French & English required)**
