THE ROLE
Measure and analyze business performance in order to support managers in steering their service (Business Unit).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce management result and forecast in order to allow Group business monitoring
Ensure accuracy of costs standards
Produce monthly results according to cost standards
Establish budget of dedicated activity
Issue indicators / dashboard enabling the delivery of financial and accounting information to support decision process
Analyze gaps between actual and estimates in relation with analytic control
**For non shipping activities**: Produce and book engagements to calculate accruals in relation with analytic control
Improve process and systems optimization
Follow-up the R&D team expenses versus the Budget
Manage the Purchase Orders of the department
Manage the Organisation of Interviews for the R&D missions with external partners ahead of RFQ
Manage the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) for the R&D Team
Produce performance studies for Line and Finance Management
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Master degree in business or finance
3 years experience in finance or accounting function
Good knowledge of budget, performance management, project management...
