Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst

Location: Belfort, France (on-site)

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives
- Document requirements, specifications, and processes using tools such as user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, priorities, and deliverables
- Manage changes to requirements, scope, and priorities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and involved
- Work with testing teams to ensure that developed solutions meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements
- Assist with project planning, tracking progress, and identifying risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new systems, processes, and tools
- Continuously evaluate processes, systems, and solutions to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Develop expertise in the relevant industry or business domain to provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent spoken and written French language skills
- Experience of 3 to 5 years as Project Planner/Lead coordinator with client
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in performance of Scheduling accountabilities
- Experience coordinating projects and their interdependencies
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
- The ability to manage risk and lead reviews with stakeholder
- Ability to shoulder responsibility, achieve team goals and devising strategies to overcome roadblocks in process to meet vision and strategy
- Must be able to handle multiple projects or varying scope and magnitude
- Ability to take on a job in France without much legal support
- Ability to join the team in less than a month
