**The opportunity**:
Within the Information Systems Department and under the responsibility of the SAP Developments Domain Manager, you will support the digital transformation of SEPHORA in an omnichannel context at the international level (more than 30 countries on 3 continents). Your main objective will be to carry out the specific SAP developments necessary as part of the related IT projects in the Back-Office Solutions Department.

- Carry out the developments necessary for all the projects of the roadmap while respecting the commitments of deadlines/costs/quality
- Support the functional teams on the technical solutions to be implemented
- Design the technical architecture of developments and ensure their consistency with the Core Model
- Participate in the costing of developments and guarantee their respect
- Check the consistency of the functional specifications with the Core Model
- Deliver and test developments necessary for all projects and their documentation in accordance with SAP best practices in terms of development
- Guarantee the performance of developments and propose optimization solutions
- Ensure correction and maintenance of developments
- Ensure technological trends watch and search for new solutions to meet user needs

Types of projects involving SAP developments:

- Deployment of the SAP Core Model in England, US.
- Implementation of the SAP S/4 Hana solution
- Implementation of new solutions interfaced with SAP (ecommerce, collection, Finance, Merchandising, Data platform,)
- Opening of warehouses

As a SAP Developer, you will support our migration to SAP S/4 HANA and have to realize new developments (ABAP and FIORI).
- You have at least 4 years of experience acquired within a consulting company, an integrator, or a DSI.
- You speak English fluently.
- You master SAP development techniques - required in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA environment.
- Dynpro, Batch-input, ALV, IDOC, BAPI
- User-exit, BADI, BTE, Enhancement
- Object development, web service (exposure, consumption)
- You have a first experience on S4/HANA (S/4 developments under Eclipse and CDS Views)
- You have significant experience in a similar position in terms of SAP development in an international context. Mastery of IT development standards is an important prerequisite.
- You have Knowledge of SAP Retail as a plus
- You are autonomous and pragmatic, attentive and able to adapt quickly, you are concerned about continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

You have demonstrated your ability to adapt your technical language to collaborate with other teams, your agility and your capacity to manage ambiguity allows you to understand incomplete information without having the “full picture”.
