**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Monitor changes in relevant regulatory environments, interpret new and existing regulations, and communicate potential impacts to key stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory matters related to product development, labeling, marketing, and distribution.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure compliance in product design, development, and launch.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and participate in industry associations to represent the company's interests and stay informed of regulatory trends.
- Develop and maintain a compliance management system, including policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Provide training and support to internal teams to foster a culture of compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Law, or Agriculture; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or related fields, with a focus on consumer care or agricultural industries.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey regulatory requirements to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
