**Job Title: Alternance Marketing Home Care (1 an)**

**Location: Neuily-sur-Seine**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build deep Home Care (both Laundry Detergent, Fabric Conditioners and Surface Care) market analysis and trendspotting
- Support Global Marketers and partner with the creation & innovation teams to build insightful presentations both for internal and external customers
- Understand our fragrance development process and our unique innovations to build compelling marketing stories & concepts
- Feed our online internal content platform, STUDIO, by selecting & publishing the most relevant content on Laundry & Surface Care

- Business school, MBA profile
- Marketing acumen and data-driven
- Passion for Beauty & Home Care fields, first experience in the Fragrance industry is a bonus
- Ability to work in pluri-disciplinary, cross functional & global teams
- Creativity and proactivity / Initiative-taking, dynamism and curiosity
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
- Advanced or expert skill in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work under tight time pressure; ability to handle multiple projects
- Eye for design and layout; Graphic Design ability a plus
