Sales Support Intern

Under the supervision of the Head of Sales and working closely with the Client Services team, you will contribute to the following workstreams:
Internship tasks:

- Assist the Sales team in their tasks (sourcing information, creating client presentations, etc).
- Handling client’s requests (Current Positions, TRIs, Estimated Flows, ESG requests, Data requests, Repayments, etc).
- Preparing recurring reports for the different strategies and dedicated funds.
- Preparing weekly meeting debriefs.
- Transversal projects: creation tools, performance reviews, etc.
- Support the Client Solution team in their daily work preparation of their client meetings.

The Sales team works in both **French **and **English **, therefore a strong command of the two languages is required.
- Business school background, looking for a 6-month internship as part of a gap year or upon graduation (equivalent to Bac +5 / Master)
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency (written and spoken) in **English **and **French **is necessary. Another language would be appreciated
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and international environment
- Previous relevant experience in finance and/or in B-to-B marketing and sales would be ideal
