Intellectual Property Manager

**Your role at NAVER LABS Europe**:
As the Intellectual Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our inventions are accurately documented and legally protected.
**Your primary tasks will include**:
Growing and nurturing NAVER LABS Europe patent portfolio with a focus on AI for Robotics
Working closely with our scientists, IP counsels, and NAVER IP leaders
Continuously refining the strategy for establishing a strong patent portfolio
Participating in the invention review committee and chairing the filing review committee to review invention disclosures
Counselling NAVER LABS Europe on a variety of intellectual property related matters
Supporting collaboration contracts with academic partners across the globe, as well as contracts related to French and European grants
Reviewing IP aspects of scientific publications and submissions for open-source software, dataset publication and counsel on open-source licenses
Counselling day-to-day NAVER LABS Europe on a variety of intellectual property and legal matters as needed including vendor contracts, confidentiality agreements, copyright assignment agreements, and license agreements.
Increasing efficiency of IP solutions
Developing and maintaining templates and documentation standards to streamline documentation processes and ensure consistency across all materials.
Managing enhancements to NAVER LABS Europe IP management solution

Required skills
- You graduated in Artificial Intelligence and in Intellectual Property Law
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, good skills in French are a plus
- You are meticulous and have strong organisational skills
- You understand and clearly explain complex concepts related to AI
- You are proficient in documentation tools and software to create, manage, and edit technical documents.
