- **Mission**

Join us as a **Field Sales Representative** to expand Qonto's presence in the **South-East** (PACA and AURA) region by managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and demos to closing deals with high-value customers (micro and small companies). You will play a crucial role in our **growth strategy**, working closely with our **Senior Sales Lead**, Partnership, and Event teams to help make Qonto the leading business finance solution for entrepreneurs in southeastern France.

‍‍ **As a Field Sales Representative at Qonto, you will**:
**-**Drive new client acquisition through face-to-face meetings and strategic prospecting, achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets

**-**Build and nurture relationships with local partners and business networks to create your own pipeline

**-**Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase Qonto's value proposition to potential high value clients

**-**Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system

**-**Represent Qonto at local business events, be Qonto ambassador in trade shows, and networking sessions to increase brand awareness

**- Team Structure**: You'll be part of a dynamic field sales team of 4 regions, focused on specific territories across France, collaborating closely with our marketing and partnership teams.

**- Market Context**: The South-east region is France's third-largest economic region with a diverse business landscape. As the second most-visited region in France after Paris, it offers tremendous growth potential for Qonto, with over 750,000 SMEs and freelancers across key cities like Marseille, Nice, Lyon, Grenoble and Aix-en-Provence.

**- Tools We Use**: You'll be equipped with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our proprietary sales enablement platform to maximize your effectiveness in the field.

**About your future manager**:
Your future manager will be Quentin, Sales Lead for Field Sales

**Their Background?**After a first experience in Foreign Exchange Fintech, Quentin was a Sales Manager at Funding Circle, the UK leading Peer-to-Peer Finance provider for SMEs. He led a top-performing team of 10 outbound sales representatives before coming over to Paris to grow and develop the Outbound Sales channel at Qonto and grow the department to 17 Sales. Quentin has now moved over to the Partnership team to create a new team of Field Sales to expand Qonto into our four regions

**What do they bring to the team?** Quentin promotes healthy competition between team members whilst continuously coaching individuals to grow and outperform themselves on a daily basis. Quentin has huge experience in fostering team spirit and promoting quality Sales techniques in a fast-paced and driven environment, which is the perfect combo in a dynamic scale-up like Qonto

**About You**:
**- You have at least 4 years of successful B2B sales experience**, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

**- You are based and have an established professional network in the PACA/AURA region**, particularly in Marseille, Nice, Lyon Grenoble and Aix-en-Provence, and deep understanding of the local business ecosystem.

**- Relationship Building**: You excel at creating and nurturing long-term business relationships, with the ability to engage e
