Junior Accountant

**Job Overview**:
**Contract Type**:

- CDD : 1 year contract
- CDI: Permanent contract

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review, validate, and initiate accounting processes, serving as a finance user.
- Perform local GAAP accounting entries in the local system and transfer entries to SAP.
- Manage intercompany interest at the subsidiary level.
- Handle accruals for expenses and revenue.
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage direct debits.
- Monitor dismantlement provisions and land lease agreements.
- Follow up on AR templates and ensure accurate documentation.
- Calculate DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) in Excel as per contract requirements.
- Manage external borrowings and interest accrual.
- Receive, process, and file daily letters.
- Maintain routine communication with the FDN team and collaborate with other departments (SSC, CPT, EOM, etc.).
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Assist in improving FR-CN mapping and standardizing project finance management.
- Prepare annual statutory financial reports and respond to auditor queries.
- Prepare documentation for audits and the Legal department.
- Review and process auditor’s adjustments in accordance with Local GAAP.
- Draft periodic and exceptional financial reports.
- Qualifications:_
- _Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field._
- _Knowledge of French GAAP and France tax regulations; familiarity with IFRS is a plus._
- _Basic accounting experience, especially in expense accruals, revenue, and bank reconciliations._
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP._
- _Experience with French accounting systems is an advantage._
- _Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills._
- _Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a proactive attitude._
- _Intermediate Chinese_
