You are responsible for managing the indirect purchasing process within your area of responsibility. - Support the procurement team on the development and implementation of sourcing and procurement guidelines and contract standards - Bundling of sourcing activities - Support the procurement team on tender management activities - Support on the Implementation of sourcing initiatives and international benchmarking projects - Price and contract negotiations with external suppliers and partners - Spend - and supplier analysis - Identification of optimisation potentials - Maintain necessary activities in the Compliance Tool - Regular communication with procurement country organisations - Regular update of saving - and performance reports INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS - Internal : Internal Budget-/Spend owners / Dpt / Legal / Controlling - External : Suppliers **Qualifications**: **Previous experience **:A professional with 2 or 3 years working experience as a Purchaser / Buyer (preferably Indirect Spend) in an international environment with a strong affinity for Procurement **Education level / certificates**: Master degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Procurement or Finance) **Languages : Fluency in French and English** and preferably in a second language **Computer skills and software used **:Google tools / Office tools (xls,word, ppt,) **Personal characteristics **:team spirit, strong relationship capability, open to
