**Description du poste**
- The Regional Buyer will be conducting/partnering the sourcing of goods and services across Sage Southern Europe (France, Belgium & Morocco) and, according to capacity, at a Category (Global) level. Through collaboration with the Regional and Category Managers the Regional Buyer will execute Procurement projects in direct interface with stakeholders. The role is key in ensuring we optimise our spending whilst meeting our stakeholders’ requirements, rationalising our supplier base and ensuring compliance to our procedures and policies. The Regional Buyer will have ownership of Regional and, where applicable, Global Procurement Multi-category projects (IT, Marketing & Corporate) and will develop strategies accordingly under the guidance of the relevant Manager.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Support the Business in the execution of strategic Procurement projects
- Manage the full Procurement lifecycle including tender process and contracting,
- Formalize agreements by setting up contracts in collaboration with the Legal team
- Implement strategies developed by the Category Managers
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders including maintaining good ongoing supplier relationships
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and conditions and achieve annual savings targets
- Improve service performance of key suppliers through robust supplier management
- Supporting implementation of Sage’s sustainable supply chain strategy

Skills, know-how and experience:

- Good team player and collaborator
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong negotiation skills and customer oriented personality
- Must have knowledge of contracting and procurement procedures
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Logical thinking with good problem solving skills
- Motivated self-starter able to work autonomously
- Fluency in English is a must

Technical / professional qualifications:

- Master’s degree in business and ideally in Procurement
