**Requirements**:

- Must be Culinary-trained
- Food hygiene certified
- Excellent notions and implementations of HACCP
- 5 years of experience as a Private Chef minimum
- English speaking and notions of French
- Valid driving license

The villa is owned by a European couple who frequently travel. The ideal chef is expected to be very clean, organized, and highly professional in both their work and behaviour.
The villa operates with a small team, each having specific responsibilities but also expected to help in other area when needed. For smaller lunch or dinner services, the chef might assist with serving the principals (you should be confident in client facing situations), while larger events or more formal dinners have a dedicated server to assist. As the private chef, you will be responsible for sourcing ingredients from local shops and markets and are expected to run, organise and maintain the kitchen on your own.
**Cuisine**:
A diverse array of cuisine is liked, with a particular focus on well-cooked and well-presented dishes, delivered through a variety of service styles, such as buffet, BBQ, and more formal dinner parties.
**Preferences**:
The style of food is very flexible, but one of the principals has a preference for no onions, garlic, or spices in general.

The chef must be flexible and accept changes in the schedule to follow the owner's preference and lifestyle.
The villa is always more busy in the summer and a little less in the winter. You need to be comfortable serving the guests on occasion and helping out in other areas when and if required.
