**Description**:
CentralNic is looking for a Jurist IP to support growth of online brand protection activities. You will join the French Legal team composed of 4 people. You will be part of our legal team in charge of helping our clients to protect their domain names portfolio and enforce their IP rights online. In addition to providing a quality service to our customers in terms of online Brand Protection, and make sure clients are advised in any actions involving intellectual property.

This is a hybrid role based in French.

- Participation in strategies for online brand protection and defense.
- Management of pre-litigation and litigation cases on behalf of our clients (Domain names recovery, Takedown notices, financial transaction, domain name arbitration - UDRP-type proceedings,etc)
- Monitoring and defense of clients' rights on the Internet,
- Participation in negotiating and drafting of legal documents (contracts, T&C, etc.) in the fields of online platforms, IT, telecommunications, etc.
- Enrichment of service databases and procedures
- Legal watch and study

**About you**:

- Fluent written and spoken English
- **T**horough and solid knowledge of the Internet world as well as of the uses and practices of digital and data actors,
- Solid knowledge of domain name / Intellectual Property / trademark
- Extremely rigorous and organized, real adaptability and comfortable in an international environment.
- Strong skills to deal with urgency and to prioritize requests.
- Teamwork skills, while being autonomous and responsible.
- Good commercial relations

**Experience and skills that will help you succeed**
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the sector in the domain name / trademark industry and/or IP legal firm
- Exposure and working knowledge of the technology industry and the Internet world
