**QUI ETES-VOUS ?**

De formation BAC +5 en RH, vous avez une première expérience dans le recrutement de profils en ingénierie ou industriel acquise en entreprise, en ESN ou en cabinet de recrutement ?

Vous maîtrisez les techniques de sourcing (jobboards, réseaux sociaux) et êtes passionné par le digital ?

Le relationnel, l’esprit de service et le goût du travail en équipe sont vos atouts ?

La technologie vous intéresse ? Vous comprenez vite les enjeux des opérationnels ? Vous aimez prendre des initiatives, avez le goût du challenge et êtes force de conviction auprès de vos interlocuteurs ?

Vous êtes dynamique, curieux(se), tenace ?

Vous êtes rigoureux et avez une appétence pour la gestion de projet ?

**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE**:
Vous intégrez l’équipe Talent Acquisition composé de 6 personnes, du site de Vélizy en tant que Talent Acquisition Partner - F/H.

En étroite collaboration avec les différents responsables opérationnels et RH des sites pour lesquels vous travaillez, vous prenez en charge l'intégralité du processus de recrutement de votre périmètre (postes en ingénierie et industrie).

Vos principales missions seront de:
Participez aux briefs avec les managers pour comprendre les besoins,

Rédigez l’offre afin de rendre l’annonce aussi attractive et compréhensible que possible et veillez à sa diffusion sur les canaux appropriés

Sourcer des profils en adéquation en utilisant les outils à votre disposition : LinkedIn et les jobboards,

Assurez les entretiens de recrutement,

Contribuez à la visibilité de Thales sur les réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) et innovez dans vos approches,

Travaillez sur notre attractivité en proposant de nouveaux axes de communication,

Accompagnez les managers en tant qu’ambassadeurs sur les réseaux sociaux,

Menez à bien des projets transverses visant à développer notre attractivité.
