**NEW TALES** is currently seeking a highly motivated, creative and results driven **Publishing Producer**.

You will be Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer. As a Publishing Producer, you will be the key liaison between development studios and the publishing team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality games that align with both creative and business goals. You will advocate for the development studio's vision while ensuring projects are delivered according to the publishing roadmap. This role requires a strong leader capable of managing multiple projects, facilitating communication, and driving solutions to complex production challenges.

**Requirements**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Studio and Publishing Collaboration:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between studios (internal and external) and the publishing team, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Advocate for the studio’s creative vision while ensuring that production stays on track and meets publishing expectations.
- Project Management and Execution:

- Develop and maintain production roadmaps, schedules, and budgets across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource management.
- Oversee project milestones, assess risks, and provide actionable solutions to keep projects on course.
- Ensure final game quality meets publishing standards and strategic objectives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Lead communication and collaboration between development teams, marketing, business, and operations to ensure all stakeholders are aligned throughout the production lifecycle.
- Facilitate problem-solving efforts across departments, driving effective solutions to production challenges and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and a healthy team culture.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- 5+ years in game production, publishing, or project management, with experience managing multiple projects from development through live operations.
- Strong knowledge of PC and console game production; mobile experience is a plus.
- Experience of game development and familiarity with Unreal Engine, Unityis a plus.
- Master’s degree preferably in a related discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
