Pour notre client dans le secteur du public, nous recherchons un consultant Product Designer avec un mindset startup

**Démarrage**: ASAP

**Expérience**: Minimum 3 ans.

Mission possible en full remote.

Temps de travail au 4/5 ème.

Freelance uniquement.

Profil startup.

Expérience dans le secteur public (très gros plus).

Expertise sur Figma.

Travail dans un environnement Agile.

Lien avec les utilisateurs - répondre aux besoins des usagers.

Adaptabilité - Force de proposition - Curiosité - Communication - Créativité

**Entretiens et tests utilisateurs**: Conduire des entretiens pour clarifier et
formaliser les besoins utilisateurs, en évaluant le volume et la pertinence des
retours.

Analyse des remontées transmises par le support et les bizdevs
**Parcours utilisateurs**: Organiser et optimiser les parcours utilisateurs en se
basant sur les besoins métier (PO/bizdev/support) et les indicateurs data, tout
en assurant la cohérence globale.

**Collaboration d?équipe**: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le reste de
l?équipe pour les mises au point nécessaires et assurer une communication
fluide.

**Organisation et facilitation d?ateliers**: Maîtrise des techniques d?animation
d?ateliers pour co-créer des solutions avec l?équipe et les utilisateurs.

**Propositions de design**: Créer des maquettes et wireframes en utilisant le
DSFR (Système de design de l?État Français) pour proposer des solutions
visuelles adaptées
