Program Manager F/m

**About the role**

Volnay#01 is a US-based biotechnology company operating in Paris and developing pioneering gene delivery technologies to provide innovative therapies for patients. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Program manager to help our great team to executive in a dully manner our ambitious development plan. The position is located in Paris.

**What you'll do**
- Provide centralized program management and will coordinate the activities across the company.
- This role will drive key priorities, manage cross-functional communication, and manage execution of critical operation projects.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and execute key deliverables seamlessly.
- Partner with all team members to ensure strategies, priorities, goals, and roadmaps are well developed, communicated, tracked, and driven to completion
- Establish high-quality, integrated program plans and timelines that align with overall corporate milestones and strategy
- While building planning processes, you will ensure that key performance indicators are in place and project deliverables are completed to timelines
- Create and monitor projects and assist the team in its execution of the development plan.
- Develop and implement necessary project management tools, best practices, and processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and visibility of workstream statuses
- Proactively drive risk management in collaboration with our team by early risk identification and quick implementation of mitigation plans
- Communicate milestones, plan changes and actions to relevant parties either within the company or outside the company (vendors, suppliers or strategic partners)
- Plan and facilitate all requested meetings (agendas, meeting minutes, and action item follow up)
- Review workloads and resourcing to ensure targets are met.
- Assist in the definition of the annual and long-range budget.

**What we're looking for**
- Scientific Bachelor's degree or higher
- PMP certification preferred
- At least 5-10 years of professional experience in project management and operations, preferably in a biotechnology company (but motivation is by far the most important criteria)
- Master project management tools (like MS Project, Wrike )
- You have exceptional interpersonal, influence, and communications skills with various internal and external stakeholders
- You are adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment, but with diplomacy and tact
- Proven capability to appropriately challenge status quo, drive and insure the proper execution of a development plan.
- You demonstrate the ability to credibly coordinate between all team members and their respective stakeholders
- You are able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment where results are achieved through cooperation, and the incorporation of multiple points of view
- A proficient level of English is required for this role, due to the international stakes of the company's development
