**Role Overview**
Support the Brand Image Director, Art Director, and Production Manager in developing high-quality content across digital and physical touchpoints. This includes content production, editorial curation, and collaboration on graphic design, where proficiency is a plus, but not essential. The focus is on delivering cohesive storytelling across campaigns, shows, retail, and social media.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Brand Image Director, Art Director, and Production Manager to develop creative proposals, concepts, and treatments across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Support the Production Manager in the coordination and execution of campaign and fashion show production, including pre-production planning, shoot logistics, on-set support, and post-production follow-up.
- Assist with casting coordination, shoot schedules, call sheets, location research, and production documents.
- Liaise with agencies, crew, and talent to ensure smooth execution of production timelines and brand expectations.
- Help manage digital asset delivery and post-production flow to ensure deadlines and creative standards are met.
- Accurately and confidently communicate creative ideas, copy, and feedback to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure content is adapted appropriately for each platform and region, maintaining consistency in quality and message.
- Research and maintain insight into A-list talent, brand ambassadors, influencers, creative collaborators, and cultural trends.
- Curate and oversee social media content calendars in collaboration with the Brand Image Director and Social Media & Marketing Coordinator.
- Contribute to the design and development of both print and digital graphic assets, supporting the creation of toolkits and image libraries.
- Support the implementation of video, photo, and graphic assets across Cerruti 1881 and Kent & Curwen campaigns, retail, and marketing activities.
**Key Skills**
- Strong editorial judgement with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and brand tone.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with efficiency and clarity.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a diplomatic approach to feedback.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Social-first thinker with a solid understanding of platform-specific content and trends (Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, etc.).
- Understanding of visual design principles and brand identity systems.
- Awareness of trends across fashion, art, design, and broader culture.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global fashion environment and collaborating across creative, marketing, and production teams.
- Basic video editing or animation knowledge (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects) is a welcome plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
