As Lead Engineer your main missions will be to manage harnesses projects from design to industrialization/serial life for automotive market and aim for the best possible design, technically and commercially, based on the customer requirements and Aptiv’s target.

**Your Role**
- Coordinate the design and product deliveries according to the customer project time plan. Key contact between customer and our organization, he’s part of a project team.
- Responsible of releasing drawings and bill of material with Design team
- Lead the Engineering change process from customer request to implementation on our plant
- Ensure a robust design according Aptiv’s rules and improve design for a better manufacturability & profitability

**Your Background**
- Experience in Development Automotive industry
- Experience in Harness activity
- French and English are mandatory
- Good communicator: ability to effectively communicate with internal departments and customer
- Advanced Excel skills
