Senior Level 3 Support Engineer & Developer required for highly critical custom software solution. The high availability and highly resilient software in multi-tenant handles on an average 10 sensitive transactions per second, 24x7x365 and is required to meet aggressive SLA targets.

The selected resource will be well supported by a team of Senior Architects and Senior Developers, and will be required to perform equally well independently and as a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Senior Level 3 support engineer
- Finding permanent (or sustainable) solutions, or workarounds to incidents;
- If applicable, creating problem reports and / or change requests and linking them to incidents;
- Describing the solutions and confirming whether they will eventually lead to restoring service operations;
- Creating specific input required for incident reviews to be conducted by the customer, as well as continuous Knowledge Management (KM) feeds related to incidents.
