**Poste et mission**

Votre métier, très orienté **Business **auprès des clients, est de bâtir avec eux ainsi qu’avec votre future équipe d’Ingénieurs une relation de confiance permettant la performance.

Vous serez rattaché au dirigeant de l’entreprise, qui vous coachera dans le développement de votre cellule opérationnelle.

A ce titre votre rôle est extrêmement complet:

- Prospection et développement commercial chez des prospects et clients industriels.
- Recrutement de votre équipe d'Ingénieurs Consultants.
- Suivi des projets de votre équipe de Consultants et management de leur carrière

**Profil**

De formation Bac +5, Master 2 ou d’Ecole d’Ingénieurs, vous êtes pugnace, résistant au stress, doté d’une forte énergie et d’empathie.

Vous souhaitez mettre à profit votre culture technique dans un environnement prônant la **performance et la réussite**.
