**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the global and local cross-functional team to drive user-growth initiatives from research to ideation, conception, execution and lifecycle analysis
- Build and implement user growth framework and marketing infrastructure to facilitate and complement marketing initiatives
- Explore new channels and ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth
- Work with local teams to identify opportunities and gaps for user growth, user education
- Design and execute localized campaigns tailored to each market’s user readiness, behaviors and market trends
- Dive into data analysis to develop user personas, analyze user conversion rates, and leverage data-driven insights to create opportunities for user growth
