**Je suis Marie-Laure MESCLON Consultante Exécutif chez FED Finance, cabinet entièrement dédié au recrutement des métiers de la Finance de Marché et je recherche pour mon client, une banque privée une ou un Risk Manager.**
**Votre fonction**:
Vos missions principales sont les suivantes:
- Vous soutenez le Secrétaire General dans ses tâches et activités quotidiennes ;
- Vous contribuez et/ou pilotez les grands projets structurants ;
- Vous coordonnez les projets avec les responsables de service et leurs équipes ;
- Vous aidez les équipes dans toutes les activités transversales en apportant une vision globale ;
- Vous fonctionnez en support technique aux équipes grâce à une connaissance approfondie des outils disponibles ;
- Vous contribuez et mettez en œuvre la politique et les procédures de gestion des risques de la société de gestion ;
- Vous développez des indicateurs de mesures des risques et des systèmes de limitation de risques ;
- Vous mettez en place des mécanismes de génération d’alertes.
**Votre profil**:
De formation supérieure Ingénieurs ou Grandes Ecoles, vous disposez d'une expérience significative dans un environnement similaire en Direction bancaire, Financière ou Informatique.
Vos qualités de synthèse, de fiabilité et de rigueur ainsi qu'une aisance relationnelle vous permettant de travailler en collaboration avec plusieurs métiers, votre dynamisme, votre curiosité, votre proactivité votre esprit d'équipe, votre réactivité et votre capacité rédactionnelle seront des atouts majeurs pour évoluer dans cet environnement exigeant et formateur.
Il est impératif de maîtriser les logiciels du pack Office : Excel, Powerpoint, et Access, ainsi que la programmation VBA, Java, C++.
Une bonne maitrise de l’anglais serait un atout supplémentaire.
Une rémunération fixe entre 65 K€ et 75 K€ est prévue en fonction du profil + intéressement (max 10% du salaire brut) + prime discrétionnaire + Art.83 / PERO
Télétravail partiel possible, à hauteur d’1 jour par semaine.
Vous serez amené(e) à travailler dans des bureaux agréables localisés à Paris
