We are seeking a hands-on and visionary AI/ML/Data Expert to lead innovation projects in the clinical research sector. As a project leader, you will drive transformative initiatives that harness the power of data, artificial intelligence and machine learning. Your role will involve both technical expertise and strategic leadership.

As an Innovation Project Leader, you will:

- Initiate and lead new reasearch projects in the field data science, AI/ predictive models, computer vision ; define high-level research objectives, refin hypothesis, conduct experiments and analysis.
- Provide hands-on guidance in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions. Evaluate, select, develop appropriate algorithms and models for specific use cases.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, from ideation to deployment. Ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for developing collaborations and partnerships with leading research institutions and universities.
- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, but communicating and reporting project progresses, results, and impacts.
- Supporting the innovation culture and strategy of Aixial Lab, by providing expertise, guidance, and feedback
- Interact with stakeholders and assist with writing project briefs, reports, articles,
- **Engineer degree or PhD in data science/AI, applied mathematics, or a related field.**:

- Ideally 3 years of experience in leading and managing innovation projects with a strong interest in clinical/pharmaceutical domain.
- A strong knowledge and skills in innovation methods and tools, such as agile, design thinking,etc.
- A good understanding of technology trends, regulatory landscape and market opportunities in various domains, such as digital health, artificial intelligence, IoT, clinical research, pharma and biotechetc.
- A high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- A great sense of leadership, teamwork, communication, creativity, problem-solving and project management.
