Sales & Data Analyst Intern

Dans le cadre d’amélioration continue de ses process de ventes, Emerson Automation Solutions recherche un.e:
**Stagiaire Data Analyst - Amélioration des process de ventes et déploiement d’un modèle de suivi client optimisé (F/H)**

Avec l’équipe de support ventes Europe, vous participerez au développement et à l’adoption d’un outil de suivi et de pilotage des actions de ventes pour l’ensemble de la BU Flow Controls.

L’objectif principal est de développer l’Account planning / le suivi des comptes clients, en proposant un process unique pour l’ensemble des vendeurs en Europe.
Le délivrable sera un tableau de bord de pilotage de l’activité vente (développé sur power BI) utilisé par les commerciaux au quotidien.

De manière ponctuelle, vous participerez également à la maintenance et à l’amélioration des outils existants, selon les besoins utilisateurs.

Vos missions principales:

- Connaitre, connecter, et consolider des données non structurées, création des KPIs et mise en place d’une IU attractive
- Gérer la conception de l’outil, de la définition du besoin jusqu’à la mise en place au sein des équipes Comprendre les processus métiers afin de pouvoir accompagner les équipes de ventes dans l’adoption des outils digitaux

Profil Recherché:
Formation Bac+4/5 en Ecole d’Ingénieur, ou équivalent universitaire en management de la data.

Compréhension des problématiques business et volonté d’apporter des solutions efficaces et à long terme.

Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des tableaux croisés dynamiques. Azure, Power Query, Power BI sont un plus mais pas un prérequis.

Agile, capacité d’analyse et d’adaptation

Appétence pour l’analyse de donnée

Langue : Anglais courant (parlé/écrit), une deuxième langue est un plus

Durée : dès que possible pour une durée de 4 à 6 mois maximum

As part of the continuous improvement of its sales processes, Emerson Automation Solutions is looking for a:
**Data Analyst Intern - Improvement of sales processes and deployment of an optimized customer monitoring model (M/F)**

Attached to the European sales support team, you will participate in the development and adoption of a tool for monitoring and managing sales actions for the entire Business unit European Sales workforce.

The main objective is to develop Account planning and monitoring of customer accounts, by offering a single process for all sellers in Europe.

The deliverable will be a sales activity management dashboard (developed on power BI) used by salespeople on a daily basis.

On an ad hoc basis, you will also participate in the maintenance and improvement of existing tools, according to user needs.

Your main tasks:

- Know, connect, and consolidate unstructured data, creation of KPIs and implementation of an attractive UI
- Manage the design of the tool, from the definition of the need to the implementation within the teams
- Understand the business processes to be able to support the sales teams in the adoption of digital tools

Required profile:
Master’s student from Engineering school, or equivalent university degree in data management.

Understanding of business issues and willingness to provide effective and long-term solutions.

Good knowledge of Excel and pivot tables. Azure, Power Query, Power BI are a plus but not a prerequisite.

Agile, ability to analyse and adapt quickly

Appetite for learning and data analysis

Language: Fluent English (spoken/written), a second language is a plus

Duration: as soon as possible for a period of 4 to 6 months maximum
