About Us:
We are the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team within a leading multinational Medtech company. We support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights, analysis, and reporting to senior management across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Our team is dynamic, collaborative, and passionate about using finance to drive better business outcomes.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and curious Bachelor-level intern to join our EMEA FP&A team for a 4-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience in the field of corporate finance and data automation. The main focus of the role will be to help build and enhance automated reporting tools that will streamline financial reporting processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing and building automated financial reports using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Support the standardization and documentation of existing reporting processes.
- Collect, clean, and organize financial data from different sources to feed into reports.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Work closely with FP&A analysts to understand reporting needs and propose solutions.
- Participate in monthly reporting cycles, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Present findings and progress to the FP&A team regularly.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in finance, data analysis, and reporting automation.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a plus (but not required).
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
