**—** elaboration of real estate and financial analyses of investment projects

**—** implementation of monitoring tools and creation of analysis tables

**—** preparation of reports and presentation materials for partners

**—** support to the coordination of ongoing projects in france and italy

**—** monitoring of the real estate, retail and e-commerce markets and regulatory changes

**—** preparation and construction of offers and commercial proposals

**—** preparation of answers to various requests from prospects and clients

**—** participation in prospecting activities (making appointments, identifying prospects, events and communication meetings conducive to sales activities)

**EXPERIENCES**:
You are a business school student or university equivalent, ideally in your last year of a master’s degree or in a gap year (specializing in real estate or finance), and wish to deepen your knowledge of corporate finance and logistics real estate within a human-sized company.

You have ideally completed an internship in real estate.

You have a good sense of synthesis and analysis, and have demonstrated your taste for teamwork in a stimulating and demanding environment.

Excellent command of excel and powerpoint.
- A good level of english is necessary, spanish/italian would be a plus.
